Dissemination Conference Grants

  • What is it for?
    Dissemination Conference Grants (DCGs) support grantees in delivering oral presentations relevant to the COS-MICs at face-to-face conferences worldwide in which they actively network with other participants and promote COS-MICs to potential stakeholders, with a maximum contribution of €2,500. DCG is about presenting the Action (results of the WGs), the work and activities of COS-MICs in an external conference.
  • Where?
    Anywhere in the world in a different country from that of the applicant’s affiliation.
  • Who can apply?
    COS-MICs Action participants affiliated with institutions in COST Member Countries or NNCs.
  • What you need to apply (using the official COS-MICs templates below)
    – A completed Dissemination Conference Grant application form, using the official COS-MICs template.
    – Abstract of the accepted oral presentation
    – Acceptance or invitation letter from the conference organisers
  • What you need after the activity
    – A report on the outcome of the presentation, using the official COS-MICs reporting template (see below)
    – Certificate of attendance
    – Conference programme or book of abstracts/proceedings showing your oral presentation
