Young Researchers and Innovators (YRI) Conference Grants

  • What is it for?
    Young Researcher and Innovator Conference Grants (YRICGs) support grantees in delivering oral presentations within the scope of COS-MICs at face-to-face conferences worldwide, with a maximum contribution of €2,500.
  • Where?
    Anywhere in the world in a different country from that of the applicant’s affiliation.
  • Who can apply?
    Researchers under 40 years old, affiliated with COST Member Countries or NNCs.
  • What you need to apply (using the official COS-MICs templates below)
    – A completed YRI Conference Grant application form, using the official COS-MICs template.
    – Abstract of the accepted oral presentation
    – Acceptance or invitation letter from the conference organisers
  • What you need after the activity
    – A report on the outcome of the presentation, using the official COS-MICs reporting template (see below)
    – Certificate of attendance
    – Conference programme or book of abstracts/proceedings showing your oral presentation
